4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with the following third-party service providers:

• Supabase: For data storage and authentication. Your resume files, job descriptions, and account information are stored on Supabase servers.
• Google Gemini API: Your resume and job description content is sent to Google's Gemini API for AI processing to generate quiz questions and suggestions. Google's use of this data is governed by their privacy policy.
• Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe collects and processes payment information according to their privacy policy. We do not store your payment card details.
• PostHog: For analytics and usage tracking to improve our Service.

These third parties have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information, resume files, and job descriptions indefinitely unless you delete your account or request deletion. When you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Please note that some information may be retained in backup systems for a limited time after deletion.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
